Terms and Conditions for Sale of Your Product

Introduction:

These terms and conditions govern the sale of your order by LUXURY MODS UK.

Product Description:

The Product is described on our website/catalog, and customers are encouraged to review the product specifications and features before making a purchase. Time Piece Mods sells custom-built watches featuring the NH automatic movements, which are manufactured by Seiko. All watches have been assembled using high-quality customized components, including a custom dial and case. Please note that while the movement is made by Seiko, this is a modded watch and not an official Seiko product. We do not have any brand affiliations.

Condition of Sale:

Once the Product is delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned if damaged. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the Product upon delivery and report any damages to the delivery personnel. Returns are accepted for exchanges if the purchase is still in it's original packaging and condition. 

Delivery and Inspection:

Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect the Product for any visible damages at the time of delivery. If any damage is identified, customers must refuse acceptance of the Product and immediately inform our customer service to whereby we will be of full assistance.

Our Watches and About Us:

PLEASE NOTE: you are purchasing a handmade, bespoke item, built to order. For this reason, we do not accept refunds or returns unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.  LUXURY MODS UK are an independent company and is in no way affiliated or associated with Seiko Watch Corporation or other watch brands nor licensed by them. We do however use authentic Seiko movements within our builds.

Reporting Damages:

Customers must report any damages to the Product within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at CONTACT@LUXURYMODS.CO.UK Failure to report damages within this time frame will result in the denial of any return requests.

Non-Warranty for Damaged Products:

Damaged Products, once accepted by the customer, are not covered under warranty. The customer acknowledges that the Product is sold "as is," and any damages incurred after acceptance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refusal of Return:

LUXURY MODS UK reserves the right to refuse any return of a damaged Product that was not reported within the stipulated time frame or if the damage is deemed to be the result of mishandling, misuse, or neglect by the customer.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be issued for damaged Products that were accepted by the customer upon delivery. Refunds may be considered in accordance with our general refund policy for products that meet the criteria for return as outlined in our separate refund policy document.

Limitation of Liability:

LUXURY MODS UK shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer arising from the use or inability to use the Product, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the sale of the Product shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and judgment by the arbitrator(s) should they be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

By completing the purchase of the Product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. LUXURY MODS UK reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
