 A: Yes, every custom modded watch comes with a one-year warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We stand by the quality of our builds and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. 
 

 A: Yes! We include free gift wrapping with every watch purchase. Whether you’re buying for yourself or someone special, your timepiece will arrive beautifully presented—ready to gift straight out of the box.  

 A: The majority of our custom watches are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for assembly and testing before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your watch has shipped.  We do also offer select watches for next day delivery depending what is in current stock.

  A: Our custom timepieces are built using a range of high-quality aftermarket components, such as the case, dial, hands, and, in some cases, the strap or bracelet. Every watch is carefully assembled to create a one-of-a-kind design tailored for a distinctive, personal look. 
 

 A: We use authentic NH automatic movements in our custom builds, trusted for their reliability, durability, and accurate timekeeping. These movements are a staple in the watch modding community for good reason.

 A: No, our watches are custom-built using genuine Seiko NH35 automatic movements, but they are not official Seiko products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Seiko. Each timepiece is a unique creation, crafted by combining Seiko movements with high-quality aftermarket components.
