2. Item Condition:
Returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn
   
• In their original packaging
   
• With all tags still attached
   

3. Shipping the Return:
You’re responsible for return shipping costs. However, we offer free return labels for eligible items—just request one when you contact us.

4. Inspection & Refunds/Exchanges:
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
If approved, we’ll process your refund within 1 business day to your original payment method.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
   
• Must be in unused, unworn, and original condition
   
• Tags and packaging must be intact
   
• Custom-made items are not returnable unless defective. We’re happy to repair or exchange faulty items.

We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you get what you want quickly.

Changed your mind?

• If your item is already being built or has been completed, a £30 cancellation fee applies to cover labor, parts, and shipping.
   
• To avoid the fee, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
